Rihanna To Start Fashion Line / Chris Brown Underwear Line

Rihanna was spotted at the Gucci Spring/Summer 2009 fashion show in Milan, Italy this September. This is where she confirmed that a clothing line of her own is in the works! Why ever celeb has to have a clothing line, I do not know but it sure is easier for them to break through and be successful with a line since they’re already famous. But I love her edgy, funky style and I can just imagine her line to be just as hot. I hope her clothes are affordable because I know I’m going to want some! Once I find out the name of the line, I will let you know.

And Mr. Chris Brown has started an underwear line called “Big Headed.” You dirty boy you. He claims that the title of the line has to do with his confidence and big ego, and that is what the line represents. The boxers are meant not to ride up and they are comfortable and stylish looking. They also have some stuff for the ladies including a peek a boo sports bra and super cute shorts that look like guy’s boxers in a cropped version. Check out the line at bigheaded.com.

JT for Fashion: William Rast

So Justin Timberlake has added to the many celebs that have a clothing line. I really like his approach though. Him and childhood friend, Trace Ayala combined their grandfather’s names to form “William Rast.” It started with just a men’s line but has now branched into a women’s line as well for the Fall with a new campaign. Check it out.

I think he makes a good model. And she’s beautiful, always see her in the Maybelline ads.

Some of the Most Influential Famous Men in Style

It’s time to put the spotlight on the guys. I do want this blog to appeal to everybody! So I put together some photos of the most stylish guys in Hollywood. Boys, take notes! These guys are smokin’ hot and as stylish as they come!

 

Kanye West

Not afraid to be different, Kanye will rock the preppy look one day, the nerdy look the next, and the gangsta look the next. He certainly pulls them all off and I like his versatility. To pull off a similar look, wear a metallic sports jacket with a vibrant graphic tee, dark denim, crisp, white kicks, and top off with funky shades and a bright fitted. 

Pharrell Williams

Another fashionably versatile guy, Pharrell rocks the preppy look right here for a special event. Very handsome. To steal his look, pair a pastel sweater with dark jeans, a white collared shirt, (do NOT pop it!), and keep the tie tucked in.

Justin Timberlake

He went from a typical, hot, boy band heart throb to a real classy gentleman. And I loved him all the way through it. I really like his grown up look nowadays. To snag his style guys, try combing your hair toward the middle to form a slight mohawk look. Wear a button down sweater vest over a polo tee. Pair with slacks and some funky, retro shoes. He pulls of the Grandpa look well. lol I’m serious. It’s like a younger version of a sophisticated older man. He makes it sexy!

David Beckham

Sighhh. Mmm. Okay down to business. David’s got that rustic, cowboy/preppy look. Scruffy sexy. Try this out: Wear a plaid button down with a tie, throw a neutral button down sweater over it, button it up, let part of the shirt hang out like you were rushing out the door, leave half tucked in to a brown belt and jeans, and wear some brown shoes or boots.

Christina Aguilera Changes Her Look Again

Christina Aguilera changes her look as often as her underwear. Okay well not really, but it seems like it. She disappears for awhile and then comes back, with a new style of music AND fashion. First she was an innocent, teen pop star, then she was a dirty, borderline skanky girl, then the girl who wanted to live in the 40’s or be Marilyn Monroe, couldn’t decide, and now..an evil, Elvira like gothic girl. She looks like an evil witch from a movie. Like the bad guy in a movie. But her music style is kinda cool, sort of technoish. Can she not pick a damn look and style of music and stick with it! I guess she’s versatile which is a good thing, right? I just think she’s such a pretty girl and I think this new look is not for her. What do you think?

Style at The 2008 Emmy Awards

Christina Applegate looks lovely. I like the dress, it’s very different, I’m just not a fan of the overflowing fabric that is attached to the back/side of the dress. No use for it. 

Lauren Conrad always looks simple but sometimes just a bit drab. I like the loose waves of hair with the rest pulled back, the dress is nice but for someone older I would think. She’s a hot, young thing, she should be showing off those legs!

Marcia Cross looks nice with very neutral, simple makeup to match her neutral colored dress. I like the detail of the dress. This looks like a ballerina dress for the mature woman. I like it.

Eva Longoria. Sexy little flapper! I love her slicked down bob and the short dress paired with silver pumps. Her darkly lined eyes look amazing too.

America Ferrara. Very glam vampy. Beautiful necklace and I love the shoes. The dress drapes every which way and ends in a bubble, a bit above the ankle. Very different look seen on America but I like it. 

Tina Fey. Simple makeup. Simple hair. Simple dress. Boring! I do like the dress but maybe in a burgandy or deep red shade to amp it up! It would be sexier!

Heidi Klum in a metallic silver sequined dress. Not liking the cape thing that drapes over one shoulder. Maybe I’d like this look more without that but it’s just too much sparkle!

Evangeline Lilly. Such a pretty name and girl. I like how all these celebs wear their hair parted and in loose waves, slightly loose in the front and then pulled back. Very elegant and classic. Her dress, I do like. I like the fun detail in a neutral shade.

Debra Messing. Ehh I’m not sure! I like the top of the dress and then the detail is very cool but I don’t like how it’s asymmetrical, that first layer. It throws it off. I think it would be more glamourous if it were symmetrical and less gothic! 

Sandra Oh. Too much detail throughout this dress! The bow basically separates two different patterns. I think if the top part were strapless or plain black without detail, then I’d like it because I do like the bottom pattern. It’s edgy!

Vanessa Williams in a very artsy dress! Loving the black and white floral pattern with some baby pink thrown in there at the bottom of the dress. However, the thin, sequined strap over the shoulder that goes into the dress reminds me of a tacky prom dress.

Spotted at Fashion Week: Eva Longoria

I love her stylish bob. It’s so cute on her. This dress has a unique, fun print to it, and a great detail of frills that layer down the entire dress. I like the print, it’s artsy. I’m not sure about the entire dress made of frilly layers but you can find a similar look at Express. She kind of looks like a kid with her short dress and ankle strapped shoes, but it’s cute.
