Look Red Carpet Ready, on a Budget!

My sister’s 21st birthday is coming up, and when she walked in showing me her new outfit for the big night, I told her she looked like she just came off the red carpet! And I seemed to be right, because I found a photo of Hilary Swank at Fashion Rocks, and her outfit resembled my sister’s almost exactly! Of course, my sister’s is a way more affordable look. She got almost everything from Express. The dress itself, the earrings, the bracelets, but the shoes are from Macy’s. Check it out:

Okay so Hilary’s is more purplish, at least in this photo. But the short dress with such great detail and the thick ankle strapped shoes, very simliar!
