NEW! Maybelline: The Colossal Volum’ Express

It JUST came out this month, I can’t even find it on the Maybelline website yet. I’m so sick of my lashes looking so small and not even noticeable compared to most girls who lay it on super thick and their lashes go up to their dang eyebrows! I lay it on with a million coats too but my lashes never look noticeable, at least not to me. 

So I walked into Eckerd today and the first mascara I saw on a nice display was the Maybelline Colossal Volum’ Express. It claims to give your lashes 9x the volume in one coat with no clumps! It also stays put until you wash it off with… soap and water! Makeup remover is good too but it’s always so hard for me to get all my eye makeup off so if this comes off that easily, then that’s great. I hope it doesn’t come off super easily if I jump in the pool but hey you can’t win ‘em all. It’s not magic. It’s mascara. Or is it?? 

Trial Time! 

Well, I literally just washed off my previous makeup before trying the Colossal so that could have something to do with why my lashes clumped a bit. I also put on quite a few coats, I can never do just one, it doesn’t do anything. But here are some photos so you can see for yourself. I noticed that my lower lashes were fuller and you know, I didn’t even use an eyelash curler and my top lashes curled up pretty nicely. My eye looks more open and a bit more full.
