This movie just came out yesterday and I saw it, and I loved it! It was such a good movie, great storyline, and funny as Will always is! He’s my favorite actor of all time seriously. I’ve been a fan of his since the Fresh Prince days. But anyway, here he is looking fine. He looked gorgeous in the movie by the way, scruffy or clean shaven. He pulled both off..and I usually hate the scruffy look..but he looked hot. I wasn’t sure about the suit he’s wearing at the LA premiere at first, but you know what, it’s different. Everything matches well and he looks very nice. I like the retro sunglasses as well..adds a little funk to the outfit.

Here’s him with his beautiful family. I must say, Jada looks GORGEOUS in green! I love the style of her dress, the color, and the accessories, how they’re simple and the violet contrasts nicely. Well done Jada! His kids look great too..his son looks so cute, like a little man. And is that his or hers or both of theirs oldest son over there on the right? I have to find out, cuz he’s a hottie. He looks really fly, and I love his sneaks.

Charlize looks fab as always. I like the dress, I’m not always a big fan of the pregant looking dresses but it’s still beautiful..the color is stunning on her and I like how she chose jeweled flip flops instead of heels. It completes the look perfectly. Jason Bateman looks very well put-together and classy as well. Gorgeous looking cast!

Shoes today are just getting funkier and funkier…and chunkier! Save the thin straps for flats and sandals…heels are all about huge, chunky, belted straps.

Well now I’m all into Sarah Jessica Parker’s style. Her clothes are ridiculous. Here she is at a fashion shoot. I love the graffiti background and her outfit is so hippie and funky against it.

I admit, I did not rush into theaters to see Sex and the City on the first day, or buy tix in advance. But I didn’t want to deal with the madness! Can you blame me? So this post shoulda been earlier but it’s not. I just saw the movie tonight and I’m sure you already know how hot all the outfits were, the shoes, the hairstyles, the looks the girls portrayed. Here are some photos I rounded up to show you how these foxy ladies pull of the latest styles.

Carrie’s preppy outfit is so cute here. I love the white vest and the chunky, short tie, very trendy. Color is obviously a big trend in this movie as well as the belted, cinched waist. Big, colorful bags and big hair that is teased and playful, while pulled back like Carrie’s is a big hair trend this summer.

So fancy! Carrie’s hair looks great darker. Bubble dresses are a big thing, I’m not the biggest fan but here the ladies are off to Fashion Week, and you can get away with wild fashion trends there. I like the sutle bubble dresses better, just a personal preference.

Floral patterns, which I’ve mentioned in earlier posts, are obviously hot. BIG floral patterns as you can see here. There’s that belted waist. And bold prints like the geometric, mod-like print Miranda’s wearing, is a great pattern for a dress or top.

Carrie’s dress was to DIE FOR. Loved it. All the other girls look beautiful in bold colors, and the flowy trim at the bottom is a common trend of all three dresses. I love the contrast of the flowers each of them are carrying against all of their dresses.

White is an innocent, beautiful trend for summer…very romantic. Ballerina dresses are a big trend, I like how this dress isn’t “too poofy” and has nice layers and cinched satin waist.

These girls look great, the 2nd to last one mixed her prints and pulled it off because both the top and bottom are of the same boldness or intensity and have some of the same colors in both pieces. It CAN work! Scary to try to pull off though. Thick, strappy heels like Carrie’s in black are big too. They’re very edgy. I love shoes that go around the ankle. Just be careful if you have short legs, they can make them appear shorter. Big flowers by the neckline are hot too, as seen on Carrie here. I actually bought a top from Express that has a big rose in the middle on the neckline. It’s a more careful approach to Carrie’s bold trend here.

Many of these fine men were dressed pretty casual on the Red Carpet..but they still looked fly.

I see Chris is sporting an edgy/sporty look lately..his hair is a tiny tiny mohawk look..his hair is a bit longer and curly, and pushed into the middle a bit..I think it looks good. Gives him an edge for a youngin. I like the jacket and the shades, he looks very stylish overall.

I like his outfit. I think it’s casual with the striped polo paired with the ripped jeans and black sneaks. The polo dresses it up and the jeans dress it down but it works. He looks nice.

God he’s sexy. I love him. Anyways, yeah he looks good. Duh. Casual but hot. I love how guys can look so good in fun sneakers and a graphic tee.

I think Luda looks handsome with his short hair. I like his outfit too, he looks so nice. Not sure what’s on his pants but it’s different so whatev!

He looks sexy in all black. It creates an upscale casual look and it works.

I like Neyo. He’s a cutie and he always dresses fashionably. He’s got that Michael Jackson vibe but more modern. I like the contrast of his suit jacket and pants. Looks very nice.

Pretty Ricky..look at these crazy kids. It’s okay. Flashy and all but maybe a different shade like black. Little much for me. But besides the satin part the outfits are nice.

Talk about casual! I wish he spruced himself up a bit more but that’s his style I guess. I don’t like the shorts/pants because they are too short to be pants and too long to be shorts! Hike em up a little or make ‘em pants and it’d be better. Ying Yang symbol patch on them too? Immature.

There were some ladies that chose dresses wisely and looked beautiful..while others..still don’t know how to dress.

I love Alicia Keys..she always looks great and I love how she can pull off that crazy Pebbles hair. The pink color is nice, I really like the dress, the only thing I don’t like is that I’m not a huge fan on bubble dresses..they don’t usually flatter the hips area, and Alicia definitely has some hips so it only makes them look a bit bigger. But she still looks hot. Her long gown she wore later in the night I loved but I can’t find a photo.

I always thought she was one of the prettiest. Her legs look fantastic and her dress is cute too, along with her hair. I like how it’s swiped to the side like that. She looks perfect!

I think Gabrielle Union looked beautiful too. I really loved her hair pulled back in a flirty, high pony tail with waves. I also love the neckline of the dress and it’s very innocent and flowy. Great job Gabbie.

Her new hair..ehhhhh. Makes her face look chubby. I’m sorry Jen I love youuuu! The cut is nice, the bangs are nice, but it’s not that flattering…maybe if it grew out just a bit. Also her dress is beautiful, I love the color and how she isn’t afraid to show off them curves! Classy!

Jordan Sparks..GORGEOUS!! She definitely stands out against that red background. I love the color of her dress, the shine, and the style. Sexy..her hair looks amazing too. Slight bubble effect to the dress but still fitted. Sexy. Perfect choice Jordan!

Keri something. She hosted the aftershow party. I am not a fan of the bowl cut. Sorry. I don’t do jumpsuits either..she looks slim and great in it but if that was a dress it’d be hot. The jacket looks nice over it though..edgy. Don’t really like the shoes, looks like something I could find at Payless.

I love Keyshia Cole..she pulls off that short do. But I don’t like the dress. Need to see it from the front but it’s kind of confusing. Bubble dress with a bow? I don’t know..sick of these bubble dresses! You have to be careful with them. Then her sleeves look poofy. Ehh. Her performance outfit was hot though. She wore a white dress then the bottom was taken off and it became a jumpsuit. It was sexy!

She doesn’t look too thrilled. But her dress is very nice and classy, and she’s rocking that violet shade I talked about! Gold shoes complement the color of the dress.

I love Lil Mama but come on girl. She never fails to shock us with a ridiculous kiddy outfit that looks like a costume. The sneakers are hot but you do not wear sneakers with a dress to an awards show. She looks like she has a cute little body but she never shows it off with a fitted dress. If dressy isn’t her thing then fine, put together a fun casual look like the boys do but don’t wear these ugly costume dresses! Another one of those hairstyles too I see.

She rocks the short do as well and the yellow dress is pretty but there’s something about it I don’t like. I think it’s this: she goes for the edgy look with the hair, and the lipstick, but then her dress is summery and girl next door type. Too much of a contrast with her overall look. I think if she wanted to wear the dress, she should have eased up on the makeup and did a summery, bronzey look instead with a nude or peachy pink lip. She looked fantastic on stage though except for the weird neck thing that looked like it was holding her head up.

Oooh I think Solange looks so pretty!! I love her dress..it’s different and it’s got a great print and color combination to it. Her clutch is fun and feathery to match the dress..I love how it’s different as well. I think her hair looks beautiful in flirty waves to go with the entire look. I think she’s one of the best dressed.

Toccara lookin’ beautiful. Her dress is very flattering to her sexy curves and I think she pulled it off perfectly. Her hair looks gorgeous too and those earrings! Flashy! Shoes are simple. Well done.

I think I’ve seen Trina in yellow before..not sure where..maybe 106 & Park? I don’t know but anyway her hair is hot and I like how she made a simple dress/top look sexy with some gold heels and hot legs!

Add instant glam to any outfit with a flashy pair of earrings like these seen here. The ear jewelry of this season is big, colorful, and unique hoops and dangly styles from orange to teal to gold and more. I can’t leave the house without a pair of earrings these days that I’ve forgotten to add a bracelet since the earrings make a big enough statement as it is. So add some spice to your look with a big pair of ear candy, possibly a bracelet, and leave it at that. Don’t forget the clutch though! Necklaces don’t go with big earrings, it’s too much so leave them at home! Don’t over-accessorize! These styles will stand out on their own so wear your hair up!

I’ve been shopping a lot lately and I have been ending up with quiet a few dark purple pieces of clothing..from tops to skirts to dresses! I even got a pair of violet colored skinny jeans from forever21! This shade is everywhere lately and I think it is a nice shade that stands out for summer but isn’t too much. Here are some violet pieces for you to try. Forever21 has a lot of violet clothing.

Yay two entries in one night! I figured since I’ve been slackin..I better put in some more effort! I saw Alicia Keys’s beautiful cover shoot photos for Seventeen Magazine so I had to feature her because I’m a huge fan. I love her look and she’s also rockin’ the pinky and peachy hues that I mentioned in the blog below. She pulls them off beautifully! Pink is also hot for the summer, in a bright, juicy hue..like the lip color Alicia sports in the face shot below. Also in the hot pink top she’s wearin. Notice the layers of bangles she wears on her wrist. Buy a few chucky ones in similar shades for a funky accessory statement like Alicia makes here!
